Zoës Kitchen is set to open later this month on May 15.
If you drive by the old Snow Pea Restaurant location, you’ll barely recognize it. The space has been completely reworked to accommodate Zoës. The most obvious changes are the many windows and the bright colors — and pretty much everything else.
Zoës Kitchen is a Mediterranean-inspired, fast-casual restaurant chain that bases in Alabama but has a regional office and several restaurant locations in the Dallas area. Everything is cooked in house.
There’s indoor and outdoor seating available. The patio area has ceiling fans and seats about half a dozen tables.
