Wine Therapist invites you to its new location to enjoy a private, Spainsh-themed dinner and wine pairing this Wednesday.
Chef Pablo Uruena of Dallas, who was born in Argentina and hails from a long line of chefs, will be making Paella and several other Spanish dishes, which will be paired with five Spanish wines.
The wines will include Valduero “Yunquera” Albillo white wine, Evohe Mazuela Old Vines 2011 Aragon, Valduera Arbacula Esencia Tempranillo Toro 2010, Jean Leon Reserve Cab Sauv 2005 Penedes, and Alto Moncayo Veraton Garnacha 2011.
The Wine Therapist is now located at 1909 Skillman next to Goldrush Cafe, across the street from its previous location.
