It’s not too late to start prepping the Turkey or making the mashed potatoes. However, if you’re like me and cooking a Thanksgiving meal isn’t your forte, several neighborhood restaurants have you and your family covered for last-minute Thanksgiving plates.

Grab your keys and turn off the oven; it’s time to be thankful, mostly for reservations.

McRae’s American Bistro & Cocktails

The neighborhood bistro will offer exclusive Thanksgiving dishes on Nov. 23, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. featuring The three-course prix-fixe menu includes Thanksgiving favorites, turkey breast, cornbread dressing, mashed potatoes, green beans, house-made cranberry sauce and desserts.

Prices are $39 per adult and $15 for children under 12. Reservations are encouraged as seating is limited.

Stirr

Stirr’s chef-prepared 4-part feast blends traditional Thanksgiving dishes with a modern twist.

The feast starts with guest’s choice of Jalapeño Corn Chowder or Fall Greens Mixed Salad. Entrees include Garlic and Herb Fried Turkey or Caribbean Glazed Spiral Sliced Ham. Side offerings options are Loaded Whipped Potatoes, Roasted Sweet Potato Hash, Sweet and Spicy Cornbread Stuffing, Green Bean Casserole with Cream of Wild Mushrooms and Tobacco Onions.

Stirr’s Thanksgiving meal is priced at $36 per guest and $12 for children 12 and under. Thanksgiving Day hours are from 11 a.m. to 2 a.m.

Bad Chicken

Sometimes non-traditional entrees or sides can fill your plate on Thanksgiving. Bad Chicken offers catering options for bone-in wings, nugget platters, sides and desserts, available for pickup on Thanksgiving day.

Mexican Bar Company

Plano’s Mexican Bar Company offers a pound of turkey with a choice of three sides, including mashed potatoes, elote, chorizo stuffing, Brussels sprouts and mac and cheese. Desserts include: pumpkin tres leches, churros and New York style cheesecake.

The holiday meal costs $45 for adults and $19 for children, served on Thanksgiving day from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. through Resy reservation.

Renny’s Bar & Grill

Renny’s offers traditional turkey and dressing with holiday fixings. The restaurant includes an array of appetizers, including deviled eggs and ahi tuna Nepolean, a first course of soup or salad and desserts including pumpkin cheesecake.

The three-course meal is $49 per adult and $15 for children 11 and under.
