It’s a wrap. Unleavened Fresh Kitchen, the new upscale fast casual restaurant with a focus on wraps and salads, will open in Lakewood Shopping Center on Tuesday, Sept. 22 for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Located at 1900 Abrams where the old Beads of Splendor used to be, the space is bright and open. It was designed by Mitchell Garman Architects and includes steel, concrete, wood and glass elements. Unleavened also added a patio.
“It’s important to us that our guests feel at home and comfortable, yet we also want the space to be interesting,” says co-owner Scott Piland.
Owners Piland and Tom Dynan started Stock in Trade Restaurant Group, and this is their first restaurant concept.
