Fans of “The Simpsons” can now experience the show in a whole new way.
For the next two months, there will be two Simpsons-themed pop-ups in our neighborhood. High Fives has transformed into Krusty Burger, and The Whippersnapper has become Moe’s Tavern.
Both places based on the 32-season-long sitcom are located on McMillan near Henderson Avenue. And this isn’t the first time one of these places, owned by This and That Hospitality, has been taken on a new theme.
At Krusty Burger, diners can order the krusty burger, a heat lamp dog, a Sideshow Bob foot long or a fried chicken sandwich. Wash it down with a Flaming Moe, Duff Beer or Bart’s Butterfinger Shot at Moe’s Tavern next door.
Krusty Burger at High Fives is open Tuesday-Friday 4 p.m.-2 a.m., and Saturday-Sunday 2 p.m.-2 a.m. Moe’s Tavern at The Whippersnapper is open Wednesday-Saturday 6 p.m.-2 a.m.
