East Dallas-based senior living campus C.C. Young recently announced the completion of a renovation on their assisted living building, the Blanton.
The project added nine new one and two bedroom apartments, which increases the resident capacity from 66 to 75 units, according to a press release. Other updates include a first floor common area, which consists of an open show kitchen, an updated dining venue with a newly added fireplace, and a library and lobby complete with a 235 gallon aquarium.
D2 Architecture and Henderson Design Studio partnered with C. C. Young to design the project, and ML Gray Partnership, LLC executed the vision.
