Earlier this year we heard Simply Fondue was planning a bit of a home makeover.
Simply Fondue has been on Lower Greenville since 1989, making it one of the longer running establishments on the strip, but now they’re surrounded on all sides by new establishments, says assistant manager Christian Tunell.
They plan to take the reconstruction one step at a time, but the restaurant is finally putting on a fresh face. Inside, Tunell says they also plan to rework the bar area.

Down the street, Greenville Avenue Pizza Company is also getting some work done. The windows are boarded up for repairs. Nothing major, just a little freshening up.
