A motorist hit and killed a pedestrian who was in a Far East Dallas street Thursday night, the Dallas Morning News reported.
The accident happened at 9:40 p.m. in the 3400 block of N. Buckner Boulevard.
The woman was in the right lane of the road when the southbound vehicle hit her. She died at the scene, the Morning News reported.
The driver stopped to help and is not facing charges, according to the newspaper.
