As I had noted in my earlier post about the loss of two houses on Paulus Street, I was especially concerned about the fate of the Spanish Revival house on the end which had become completely isolated between the demolition sites and Abrams.

Sure enough, this house has now gone on to the market. Given its precarious location, it will take a very special type of owner to invest in this property to preserve and use it as it was originally envisioned. It’s an overused phrase, but this is a case where they truly don’t build ’em like they used to.
