Eric Johnson, the now-former owner of Legal Grounds in Lakewood off Abrams, says he has sold the popular breakfast and lunch spot. Although he says he can’t reveal the new owner’s name yet, he did say it has been sold to another East Dallas neighbor who plans to keep the name and the menu the same for now. They will likely add a dinner menu at some point, Johnson says. So far, Legal Grounds staff has not changed either.
