After quite awhile vacant and a bit of time as host to a gardening center, it appears that the vacant piece of land next to the CVS and KFC on Mockingbird near Skillman will soon be a car wash. We don’t have any details yet in terms of what type of car wash, but it looks to be one of the full-service places rather than one of those quarter-sucking self-service deals. It’s kind of an odd spot for one in terms of fitting into the neighborhood, but it will probably do pretty well considering the number of high-dollar cars driving around the neighborhood. We’ll let you know if you learn anything else.
