The Teak at The Branch
Progress continues at The Branch, the new 19-acre apartment complex JLB Builders is constructing at Sandhurst between Skillman and Amesbury.

Overall JLB Builders plans to build almost 1,400 apartments, replacing several blocks of older apartments built in the 1960s.
Phase one was completed last year. Dubbed The Live Oaks at The Branch, phase one features townhouses facing Skillman and apartments along Amesbury.
Just a couple weeks ago, phase two, called The Teak at The Branch, was completed along Amesbury. Floor plans for The Teak include one- and two-bedroom apartment options. Learn more.
There’s still a ways to go on phase three, The Ash at The Branch, which will feature one, two and three bedroom apartments. Construction on The Ash will most likely begin sometime in the spring.
