She picked up a copy of the Advocate and read it while she ate lunch. And she came across the story about Casa Linda-based writer David Menefee and his newest book, Wally: The True Wallace Reid Story.

She had been looking for a mentor, so she found his number and gave him a call.

“In less than a week, along with professional advice for a first time writer, Mr. Menefee agreed to edit my book. and we are currently in the process of getting it into print,” she says.

Her book, Angel with a Tail, is expected to be published by the end of November.
