Miznon, a Mediterranean fast-casual global restaurant, hosts a sneak peek event for guests 21 and up on March 28 from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.
The restaurant chain with five locations across the globe is created by chef Eyal Shani specializing in innovative Mediterranean street food, is opening in the fall in the former Postino space at 2639 Main St, one of the many new global restaurants to enter the city this year.
The event will showcase some of Shani’s most inventive dishes. Guests can try classics from New York City and Las Vegas like the folded cheeseburger, fish “n” chips and staples like the “Original World Famous Baby Cauliflower” and the hummus plate.
Shani is the mastermind behind more than 40 restaurants worldwide, including another global restaurant, HaSalon. He is considered one of the leading figures in the Mediterranean culinary scene, starring in the TV series ‘Food for Thought’ and serving as a judge on the last 10 seasons of the food show ‘Master Chef’.
Attendees will taste Miznon’s signature Mediterranean dishes, cocktails and music at Texas’ first Miznon, opening in early April.
