Two men were shot Saturday night in Old East Dallas, Dallas police said.
One of the men, 23-year-old Marcellus D. Alexander, died of his injuries on Tuesday.
Offers responded to a shooting call around 9:50 p.m. June 24 in the 1600 block of Grigsby Avenue. Upon arrival, officers found two men shot inside a car. Both were transported to a hospital in critical condition.
The other man who was shot is in stable condition, police said.
