The Mix in Little Forest Hills is not just a co-working space anymore. On the second Friday of each month, The Mix will host a marketplace mixer where neighbors can shop for baked goods and handmade merchandise.

Local nonprofit workers, small business owners and entrepreneurs who work at The Mix will open the space to area artists, chefs and performers to connect with the community.

Neighbors can explore other cultures through food, music and artisanal goods from 4-8 p.m. at The Mix, located at White Rock United Methodist Church.

The next mixer is May 10. It is free to attend.
