Mayor Tom Leppert’s front of-polls campaigning — mentioned here a few days ago — has come under fire by an anti-hotel group that is accusing the mayor of violating election laws by standing within 100 feet of the polls. One of them even snapped a grainy photo of the mayor inside the forbidden realm at the Our Redeemer Lutheran Church on Park Lane. The mayor says he was not campaigning and was simply thanking an election judge when an anti-hotel group member snapped the pic.
