Lee Lamont and Lamont Realty Group join forces with eXp Realty
For 18 years, neighborhood Realtor Lee Lamont has been at the top of his game — earning local and national awards for sales production, utilizing cutting-edge technology to make buying and selling neighborhood homes easier and more profitable for his clients, and taking leading roles in our neighborhood after his move to East Dallas from England.
Now, Lamont is moving his business to a cloud-based international real estate company because that’s how he can best-serve friends and clients with their real estate buying and selling needs.
Here’s what you need to know about Lee Lamont, one of our neighborhood’s best Realtors.
Lee Lamont’s record sales production: In the course of his career, Lee Lamont has been involved in buying and selling almost a half-billion-dollars in real estate. Annually in East Dallas, he typically clocks in with $45-$50 million in sales, averaging about 75 or more sales each year. And in the most recent 36 months ending last year, his revenue placed him in the Top 1% of Realtors worldwide at his former real estate company with almost $150 million in sales.
Thanks to his annual performance in 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020, Lamont was named the #1 Texas agent for his brokerage company each year.
But Lamont isn’t one to stand on his accomplishments.
The founder and CEO of Lamont Realty Group has been rewarded for his results-oriented career by signing with eXp Realty, a rapidly growing cloud-based real estate company. This virtual real estate brokerage house is publicly traded on NASDAQ under EXPI.
As an eXp Global Luxury specialist, Lamont can showcase neighbors’ homes on more than 900 websites, including The Robb Report, MansionGlobal.Com and The Wall Street Journal. He’s an accomplished relocation specialist adept at finding that dream spot for corporate families as well as helping current neighbors looking for a new adventure.
Lee Lamont’s move from England to East Dallas: Lamont bought his first house at age 21 in England. When corporate America brought him to Texas more than 20 years ago, the job was in Allen, but Lamont says he didn’t want to live there. So he and his bride bought a home in the M Streets, they moved to Lakewood, and then they built their current home in Forest Hills. While representing buyers and sellers is his profession, he has personally been on the ladder as a consumer and understands the sentiments from that side of the equation.
Lee Lamont’s biggest fans and where his heart lies: Lamont says his career is important, but what’s more important is what’s in his heart: wife Kelly and their children Grace, Luke and Hope; involvement in Lakewood’s St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, and participating in community events at STA, Ursuline and Jesuit.
“I’m very fortunate to be living the American dream,” Lamont says. “This is hands-down the greatest country in the world! Nowhere else can you come with big dreams and the dedication to out-work the competition and sell this amount of real estate than in the U.S.”
“Like all parents, we give our kids as much as we can, but I know they see the work that’s been put in over the last 18 years by their mom and dad.”
