And in the most recent 36 months ending last year, his revenue placed him in the Top 1% of Realtors worldwide at his former real estate company with almost $150 million in sales. 

Thanks to his annual performance in 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020, Lamont was named the #1 Texas agent for his brokerage company each year. 

But Lamont isn’t one to stand on his accomplishments.

The founder and CEO of Lamont Realty Group has been rewarded for his results-oriented career by signing with eXp Realty, a rapidly growing cloud-based real estate company. This virtual real estate brokerage house is publicly traded on NASDAQ under EXPI.

Lee Lamont’s move from England to East Dallas: Lamont bought his first house at age 21 in England. When corporate America brought him to Texas more than 20 years ago, the job was in Allen, but Lamont says he didn’t want to live there. So he and his bride bought a home in the M Streets, they moved to Lakewood, and then they built their current home in Forest Hills. While representing buyers and sellers is his profession, he has personally been on the ladder as a consumer and understands the sentiments from that side of the equation. 

Lee Lamont’s biggest fans and where his heart lies: Lamont says his career is important, but what’s more important is what’s in his heart: wife Kelly and their children Grace, Luke and Hope; involvement in Lakewood’s St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, and participating in community events at STA, Ursuline and Jesuit.
