An investor bought the 98-unit apartment complex near Garland and Gaston with plans to redevelop the 5-acre property before the recession hit. Now another investor has purchased the Lakewood Colony Townhomes. The sale price wasn’t disclosed.
The buyer has plans to rehabilitate the property, according to real estate firm Marcus & Millichap, whose broker, Nick Fluellen, closed the sale.
