If you live in our neighborhood in East Dallas and don’t want to drive too far for your H-E-B fix, Joe V’s Smart Shop just answered your prayers.
Joe V’s, which is part of the H-E-B family, opened this week at 7700 Samuell Blvd., which is just south of Interstate 30 off Buckner Boulevard.
Joe V’s does differ from H-E-B, though. It is smaller with fewer employees and lower prices, but it has many of the same items as H-E-B, according to a Dallas Morning News article.
