If you’re driving back and forth from Arlington, you can catch Dallas Cowboys tight end Jason Witten on a billboard for VIB (Vacation In a Bottle), a sports/energy drink promoted by neighborhood residents Johnny De La Valdene and Kim Raymond, of Marshmallow shooter fame. And if you want to meet Witten in person, he’ll be at the Jason Witten Teen Center at the East Dallas Boys & Girls Club, 4804 Worth, at 4 p.m. Wednesday.
Witten’s S.C.O.R.E. Foundation is funding the teen center, which is designed to give neighborhood teens a place to hang around after school. Amnog the things to do there: foosball, air hockey, a media center and technology lab, and a music studio.
