Last we heard, sisters Jill Long and Jolie Buie were standing on the threshold of opening The Village Salons Lakewood, a giant 7,900-square-feet space in the back corner of Arboretum Village at Gaston-Garland-Grand.
It’s now open.
The space is broken up into a variety of suite configurations, where salon professionals — hair stylists, estheticians, med spa professionals, etc. — can lease out single, double or triple-occupancy suites. There are 42 suites available, and a dozen of those are already taken.
For anyone interested, leasing options are available. There’s 24/7 secured entry after-hours, an on-site laundry, internet access and parking.
