The Henderson Art Project announced its seven winners Tuesday. They are Juanluis Gonzalez, Chris Lattanzio, Laura Abrams and Andrea Reich Fender of Dallas, Eric Ober and Michelle O’Michael of Houston, and George Tobolowsky of Mountain Springs.
Click here to see pictures of their sculptures and where they might be placed. Each winner gets an $800 stipend. The sculptures will be placed along Henderson in the next few weeks, and they’ll stay there for two years. The public gets to vote online for our favorite sculptures, and the top three vote-getters will win $3,500, $2,500 and $1,500 respectively.
