Patrick Short and friends have been busy hauling out water damaged drywall and flooring at the Haskell Street warehouse building that is the manifestation of his Dallas art scene dreams. And it’s all shaping up this weekend when GuerillArts has its grand opening party on Sunday from 2-4 p.m.
