Less than two years after investors spent an estimated $10 million to build an indoor dog park, the 50,000-square-foot building on Samuell Blvd. is in foreclosure and up for auction. The former Unleashed Indoor Dog Park opened in March 2009 and closed this past June.
The property is to be auctioned Sept. 16.
