The White Rock Rowing club will kick off its spring season at 5 p.m. with a ribbon cutting in partnership with the Greater East Dallas Chamber of Commerce. Along with food and drink, there will be a boathouse tour that includes a “celebration wall” highlighting pictures of members and important accolades.
