East Dallas artist Erykah Badu is known for her larger-than-life style with colorful head wraps, oversized hats and bright, bold prints that embody our funky neighborhood.
At the Grammy Awards ceremony Sunday night, the soul singer wore another eye-catching look.
Badu posted pictures of her outfit on Instagram. Decked out in bright red eye shadow and lipstick, she sported a sequined rainbow head scarf and a thick metal necklace.
A version of Badu’s song “Green Eyes” was included on Jazzmeia Horn’s album “Love & Liberation,” which was nominated for Best Jazz Vocal Album.
Esperanza Spalding won the award with her album, “12 Little Spells.”
