Susan and Brandon Pollard of Old East Dallas are on a mission to foster healthy bees all over North Texas. Their company, the Texas Honeybee Guild, rescues bee colonies from Hillsboro to Frisco, and it helps locavore restaurants such as Park on Henderson keep hives.
The couple, who was featured in the Lakewood/East Dallas Advocate two years ago, was the subject of a nice profile in the DMN Monday.
