An upscale consignment shop, Ditto Boutique, has opened in the Hillside Village shopping center, at the northwest corner of Mockingbird and Abrams.
The women’s clothing shop, which is between Tuesday Morning and Random, relocated from Lovers Lane, where owner Jane Denike had occupied a small converted house for a little over a year.
Ditto carries vintage clothes from designers including Chloe and Diane von Furstenburg, plus more recent mid-range brands such as Lucky and Banana Republic. They also carry some new handbags and jewelry, such as Murano glass pendants priced $19.
When I popped into the store today, sales associate Libby got extra points for letting me try on the fur coats, even though I clearly wasn’t buying.
