Vickery Towers closed after nearly 50 years on Greenville Avenue and relocated 243 residents last year. Earlier this month Columbia Pacific Advisors, the owners of Vickery Towers, met with neighborhood groups in the Lower Greenville area to tell them the demolition of the buildings will start this summer, according to The Dallas Morning News.
