Michael Millican, president of the Dan D. Rogers Elementary PTA, has a few things to say about the school and about the controversy surrounding some neighboring parents attempts to secede from Rogers attendance zone in comments he made on the dallas.org website. You can click here to read the comments, but let’s just say that Millican believes the school is headed in the right direction and wishes more neighbors would become involved in helping the student body improve.
