The City Plan Commission approved The Old Crow’s request to renew its specific use permit.
The SUP allows the bar on Greenville Avenue to continue operating past midnight. This zoning renewal is approved for a three-year period.
No plan commissioners voted against the zoning renewal at the July 7 meeting, and next the case heads to the City Council.
In 2011, the City Council approved the SUP for a two-year period, and the council renewed it in 2013, 2016 and 2019.
The Old Crow first applied for a certificate of occupancy in 1996, and another CO application was filed in 2011.
It is located at 1911 Greenville Ave. next to Bullzerk on Lowest Greenville. The Old Crow has about 2,800 square feet of indoor space.
