Clay Stapp + Co, a Dallas-based residential real estate broker, is opening a location in East Dallas.
Stapp’s original location is in Uptown, where he and his team have spent the last several years primarily helping singles find a perfect home base. Over the years, his clients have gotten older and begun getting married and having little ones, so they’re ready to make the transition to single family homes, and Stapp and his crew are making the transition with them.
“East Dallas was just a natural move for (our clients), moving out of condos or town homes in Uptown,” Stapp said. “I think there’s a lot of opportunity in the Lakewood area right now.”
Stapp said he had been looking for an office space in East Dallas for a while before the space at 3404 Greenville became available in October and he decided to “pull the trigger” on opening a new location.
After a few months of construction, Clay Stapp + Co is opening at Greenville and Morningside, just down the way from Corner Market, Unrefined Bakery and Unity on Greenville.
