Last year, right around this time, we posted about some disturbing cat mutilations occurring in the University Meadows neighborhood inside Skillman and Lovers. Tonight, CBS 11 is reporting that another cat has been slaughtered in that very neighborhood, and that police fear the cat killer could strike again — last summer, several animals were killed and no one was arrested for the cruelties.
