Over two dozen artisans will be showing off their handmade items. Live music will be provided by the Woodrow Wilson High School choir, the Lake Highlands School of Music, DJ Yuki Shinoda of Aquarium Boutique and singer/songwriter Harrisen Viator.

In addition, food will be available for purchase. The VFW is selling brats and burgers. Baked goods from Crest Ridge Farms, gourmet cookies by Kathleen Seacat and pies from Humble: Simply Good Pies will also be available.

Makers Connect, one of the retailers in the shopping center, will have beer, wine, water and snacks.

Other activities will include face-painting, aestheticians from Mattison Avenue and a pet psychic reader. Pets from Angie’s Friends will also be available for adoption.

All of this is happening in the lot behind Mattison Avenue Salon Suites and Spa, at 9069 Garland Road. The party is scheduled for 1-6 p.m. Oct. 23.
