The spot is having live entertainment by White Rock Bluegrass, door prizes and complimentary champagne on Dec. 18 to mark the occasion.

“Jennifer and I are excited to celebrate BarNone’s first anniversary with our guests, neighbors and friends,” Todd Dickerson, the co-owner of the restaurant, said in a news release. “What an incredible year this has been in so many ways. Opening during a pandemic with limited capacity, followed by ongoing staffing shortages and a rise in food costs has been a challenge, but we are also so grateful to the community for their support. We are still open one year later, and we, alongside our amazing dedicated team, hope to be serving East Dallas for many years to come.”

Door prize drawings will be done throughout the day, so neighbors have a chance to win BarNone gift cards, a margarita kit, a Scotch-lovers package, a bourbon-lovers package and more.

White Rock Bluegrass will be performing 7-9 p.m.

BarNone is also unveiling seasonal cocktail and food items. One new drink is the Blood & Sand, with TX Bourbon, Carpano Antica, cherry Heering and orange juice. For eating, there’s the tomato bisque, Big Mike’s beef stew, Schrute Farm’s beet salad and Garrett’s schnitzel.

BarNone is located at 718 N. Buckner Blvd. in White Rock Center.
