Dallas Police officers located and arrested a guy who last February exposed himself and masturbated in front of a woman on her laundry day at Xpress Lavanderia, 1406 Lower Greenville, in East Dallas.
They caught the suspect, 49-year-old Rogelio Martinez overnight Thursday at a convenience store on Ross and Bennett and charged him in this one case. No word yet on whether he did this to anyone else — his photo is below.

Authorities had been on the lookout for Martinez since right after the incident, when the victim picked Rogelio’s image from a police lineup.
At that point, they issued a warrant for Martinez who is described as unkempt and known to wear Dickies and dirty clothing while panhandling in the area.
