For several months now, a construction crew has been working on a project at Skillman and Sandhurst. At first it was difficult to tell exactly what they were up to, and there weren’t any obvious signs on the property. (Believe me, I looked.) As the project continued, it became clear the development was an apartment complex. Then a sign appeared, tucked away in the very back of the property, which names JLB Builders as the developer in question. A construction crew member confirmed on Friday that we can indeed expect to see some new apartments in the next few months, as well as townhouses. The buildings along Skillman will be townhouses and the buildings in the back, along Amesbury, will be apartments.
