Right on schedule, the Truck Yard at 5624 Sears off Greenville is open for business. If you haven’t had a chance to go by, check out these photos to help decide if rustic, outdoor dining is your kind of thing.
The Truck Yard is the latest concept from Jason Boso, who is also the brain behind Twisted Root Burger Co. The idea is a food truck park that features a rotating ensemble of food trucks every day. There’s also a permanent fixture, built from the old mechanic’s shop that once graced the premises, where Philly cheesesteaks are served. There is also a full bar in the mechanic’s shop, plus a beer bar in an Airstream trailer, and another bar in the 14-foot treehouse.
