The Aberg Center for Literacy will relocate its programs from St. Matthew’s Cathedral on Ross Avenue to Owenwood Farm and Neighbor Space in Far East Dallas in June.

The move comes after a merger with the Literacy Instruction for Texas, known as LIFT. The two nonprofits will join forces to create a new, unnamed organization that will allow for the expansion and addition of programs.

The new organization will be headquartered at an office near Mockingbird Lane and Interstate 35.

Satellite literacy programs will be available in the Casa View, Irving and south Dallas areas in partnership with neighborhood churches.
