The Lake Park Estates neighborhood raised $2,265 to pay expenses for the family of the man who was killed in a fire at his home in the neighborhood near White Rock Lake. The money will be used to pay some $3,600 in funeral and travel costs for the family of Charles Harris, who was burned during a home renovation fire.
