Construction crews have been out at the corner of Richmond and Abrams working like mad to finish the Chipotle, but needless to say, they didn’t make the hoped-for Dec. 7 opening date. Apparently it’s as hard as you would imagine to open a restaurant during the holidays.
The new opening date has been set for Jan. 24.
They also announced that, in addition to burritos, bowls, tacos and salads, the Lakewood location also offer catering services. Call 1-800-Chipotle to order. Bonus: Customers who order catering for 20 or more people between now and Dec. 31 will be rewarded with two free burritos to enjoy.
