With the opening date less than three weeks out, construction for Garland-based grocer El Rancho Supermarket at 4121 Gaston appears to be right on schedule as finishing touches are being added to the exterior of the grocery store. Plans for a grand opening party are in the works, but I’m personally counting down the days until I can throw some of their marinated meat on the grill and wash it down with some made in-store agua fresca.
