Stoner’s Pizza Joint is renovating a space in our neighborhood at 2325 N. Fitzhugh Ave. in preparation for opening a restaurant, according to the City of Dallas’ permit records.

The master permit was issued in January to applicant Wakaas Abdrazak. It is unclear when the restaurant will open. 

Stoner’s Pizza Joint started up about 12 years ago in Georgia and has 50 locations in six states, according to a press release on its website. The company is ran by CEO and owner John Stetson.

Stoner’s Pizza Joint has been expanding its footprint in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex with new stores in Rowlett and Fort Worth, according to CultureMap Fort Worth.
