Southern Methodist University owns the property at Central Expressway and Mockingbird, which Cobblestone Quality Shoe Repair has occupied for 15 years.
And now SMU has plans for the property. So Cobblestone is moving to a space at 5340 East Mockingbird, near Park Cities Storage.
The shop is still open at Central and Mockingbird, and the new location is expected to open soon.
