There’s a festive photo opportunity at Samuell-Grand Park.
Right now, the park has a pop-up installation with several oversized, red Christmas ornaments. It will be at the park until Jan. 4.
One of them has an opening cut out so people can really get in the holiday spirit.
The City of Dallas is asking people to tag their Facebook and Instagram photos with #DallasParksHoliday. If you do, you’ll be entered to win a holiday basket filled with goodies and a feature on Dallas Park and Recreation’s social media pages.
There are a few other pop-ups around the city — a giant Teddy bear at Kidd Springs park in Oak Cliff, Santa’s Sleigh at Singing Hills Recreation Center and a gift box with a bench at Bachman Lake Park.
