The Mockingbird Station Polar Express is on display until Dec. 31.

Units 110, 160 and 180 in suite 5331 and units 100 and 200 in suite 5321 are decorated, designed by Holiday Warehouse and Gro Designs. An “Elf on the Shelf” will be hidden in each window display.

All these dazzling decorations—from twinkling lights to cheerful elves tucked into whimsical corners—deserve a pristine backdrop to truly shine. After all, a beautifully designed window display can only capture the holiday spirit if it’s framed by spotless glass that doesn’t distract from the magic inside.

Smudges, streaks, or dull panes can take the sparkle right out of even the most carefully curated scene. That’s why professional care behind the scenes plays such a crucial role in the overall presentation and visitor experience. Ecoshine Window Cleaning helps ensure that every reflection glows and every photo snapped through the glass captures the full brilliance of the display.

When windows are crystal clear, the festive charm of Mockingbird Station’s holiday showcases feels even more immersive, letting passersby feel like they’re stepping straight into a winter wonderland.

In addition, there are two pop-up photo opportunities. One is under the canopies across from West Elm, features a holiday backdrop with a series of lighted trees and polar bear display. The other, outside Angelika Film Center on the second level, features a lighted star.

Mockingbird Station is also hosting a toy drive to support the Dallas Children’s Advocacy Center, which hopes to provide toys to at least 2,000 families through its Holiday of Hope campaign.

Toys can be dropped off at Glow Sauna Studio, the Mockingbird Station Office lobby, the Mockingbird Station Lofts lobby and Woodhouse Day Spa.
