Hawaiian Bros will serve classic Hawaiian lunch plates consisting of flavorful meats, like slow-roasted pulled pork and teriyaki chicken, alongside traditional sides, such as jasmine rice and tangy macaroni salad. Standout menu items include the luau pig; the Honolulu chicken infused with garlic, green onions and sesame; and Spam musubi with seared Spam glazed in teriyaki sauce, wrapped in seaweed and served on a bed of rice.

All plates are available in small, classic and large sizes. They come with white rice, macaroni salad and a choice of protein. For dessert, try the tropical Dole Whip.

Meals are made using traditional Hawaiian recipes and techniques that founders Cameron and Tyler McNie were taught by native Hawaiians. The food is prepared fresh daily in a kitchen devoid of freezers, fryers and microwaves.

With a ghost kitchen already in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, the Kansas City-based restaurant is bringing the aloha spirit to a brick-and-mortar location at 6011 Greenville Ave. The owners plan to open 14 locations in Texas, including Addison, Allen, Denton, Frisco,  Mesquite, Richardson and Waco.
