If you’re 21 or older and you’re looking for something to do on Memorial Day, plan to head down to Deep Ellum for Deep Ellum Brew Co.‘s fifth annual Brew-B-Q on May 24.
From 5 p.m. to 10 p.m., enjoy your favorite year-rounds along with seasonal and limited release beers with some Rudy’s BBQ, served from 5 p.m.-8 p.m. Rock out with local musicians Blake Burrow, Jes Spires, The O’s, Justin Pickard and the Thundering Winos in the Beer Garden (see the website for the schedule).
Entrance is $35 online, $40 at the door. Look out: door entry will be limited. It will start at 5 p.m. for general admission.
East Dallas artist Frank Campagna will create some live art with portions of proceeds going to the Deep Ellum Community Association.
