A restaurant specializing in classic Vietnamese dishes is expected to debut on Greenville Avenue later this month.
Ngon Vietnamese Kitchen, owned by Carol Nguyen, will start with takeout and delivery when it opens at 1907 Greenville Ave. An exact opening date has not been released.
The restaurant, named after the Vietnamese word for delicious, will serve banh mi, bun bo hue and more, Eater reported.
The banh mi is stuffed with ham, shredded chicken and sunny-side-up eggs, while the bun bo hue soup is packed with savory veggies and meat in a spicy broth.
